Mentoring the Next Generation of Global Artists

Kat Lozano speaking to ENHS theatre student

While I was home, I was invited to share my experience on how my education at Edinburg North HS helped lay a foundation for my career.

I grew up in Edinburg, Texas, a city along the USA/Mexico border. My first stage experience was in The Nutcracker at LBJ Elementary; learned ballet folklorico and flamenco waiting for my Dad to finish work at Robert E. Lee Elementary; and spent countless hours after school in Drama Club, Theatre, Choir, Student Government, and various UIL clubs. Itโ€™s such an honor to be able to share this with the future of Edinburg CISD students and their parents!
